AICA Services Inc. administers a "profession-specific" professional liability insurance program for chartered accountants in public practice. Designed by CAs to protect CAs, the Program is customized to cover Canadian and Bermudian CAs and their evolving practices. AICA will tailor and design your professional liability insurance policy to meet your particular needs and ensure that all reasonable exposures are covered.

AICA also makes available risk management services. Our in-house claims handling department is comprised of qualified Chartered Accountants and lawyers committed in helping members minimize their concerns when a potential claim arises so that they can focus on their own practice. Claims Examiners will provide prompt assistance in eliminating or at least reducing the potential exposure as well as offer preventative guidance to avoid such a situation from occurring in the future.

Since its inception, AICA has successfully achieved its mandate to:

• deliver a stable, high quality "profession-specific" insurance program
• obtain the most comprehensive coverage at the lowest possible rate for every member firm through the collective power of the program's more than 6000 insureds
• ensure claims are handled quickly and knowledgeably by staff who have an insurance and accounting or legal background
• develop practical risk management educational tools to support member firms' loss prevention programs
